• Q1 : I've changed my mind, can I cancel my purchase order?? We accept cancellation of order prior to payment. However, there will be no refund should you make your cancellation after payment. Replacement of order is allowed for products with amount equal or higher than purchase order, depends on the availability of stock. In case you would like to replace your order with another product with higher price, we will send a revised Confirmation of Order. Please proceed to additional payment in time. Postage fee for return of the original items and delivery of new items shall be borne by customer. We will deliver the replacement product once full payment is received.
